Graduate Student Groups may wish to obtain official recognition from UTMAGS. Official recognition allows student groups to take advantage of an on-campus catering discount offered by UTM Hospitality & Ancillary Services, among other benefits. The link below will take you to the recognition form:

We will get back to you once you have submitted and, if approved, we will pass your information along to UTM Hospitality & Ancillary Services so that you can receive the catering discount going forward! Please note that recognition may take a few weeks, so if you have an upcoming event for which you want to use this discount, we highly suggest filling out the form as soon as possible. Additionally, all catering requests must be submitted ten business days in advance of an event.
